Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Certificate in Radiologic Technology (METC) from an accredited program.
• ARRT certification required upon hire.
• License as Radiologic Technologist in Maryland and/or Virginia upon hire.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital fluoroscopic and portable radiology equipment per physician specifications and radiographic protocols.
• Apply radiologic knowledge to provide diagnostic imaging for patients of all ages with radiation safety practices.
• Support invasive procedures in the operating room using a C-Arm and/or O-Arm.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and staff training.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and manage supplies.
• Document patient care in EHR and distribute final images to PACS in a timely manner.
• Uphold SPIRIT values and ARRT ethics in professional conduct.
• Adhere to departmental policies, safety regulations, and accreditation requirements.
