Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• ARRT certification required upon hire.
• Maryland or Virginia radiologic tech license required.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Three or more years of diagnostic radiography experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital fluoroscopic and portable radiology equipment per physician specifications and established radiographic protocols.
• Provide diagnostic imaging for patients of all ages while adhering to radiation safety and policies.
• Independently support invasive procedures in the OR using a C-Arm and/or O-Arm.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and staff training.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and inventory within the area.
• Document patient care activities in EHR and distribute final images to PACS timely.
