Cape Fear Valley Interventional Pain Specialists in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a full-time X-ray Technologist to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, ensuring patient comfort and accurate imaging under radiologist supervision.

The role requires ARRT registration, an Associate degree, and strong English communication; you will work day shifts, maintain radiation safety, document exams in RIS, and contribute to timely patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences is required.
• ARRT registration is required; registry-eligible candidates must register within 12 months.

Responsabilités

• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures as assigned by Radiology.
• Assess patient, review orders, and prepare for the procedure.
• Explain procedures and address patient questions with radiologist support.
• Minimize discomfort and ensure patient privacy during imaging.
• Accurately record exam start/end times in the RIS for timely access.
• Maintain safe environment per Radiation Protection Plan and Universal Precautions.
