Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Interventional Pain Specialists Location Fayetteville, North Carolina, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic/fluoroscopic procedures for diagnostic purposes. The role requires ARRT registration and an Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences, with registry progression for new graduates within 12 months.

The position emphasizes patient assessment, procedural preparation, and strict adherence to radiation safety, infection control, and RIS documentation

Qualifications

Associate’s degree from an accredited program in Radiologic Sciences.
ARRT (Radiography) registered.
New graduates that are registry eligible must be registered by ARRT in Radiography within 12 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

Perform radiographic/fluoroscopic procedures for diagnosis as designated by Radiology.
Assess patient, review physician order or chart and prepare patient for the procedure.
Maintain accurate exam start/end times in the RIS for timely radiologist access.
Provide safe environment with radiation protection and universal precautions.
Monitor exam timeliness and QA of exams prior to interpretation.
