Wellstar is seeking an APRN in Radiology to join a patient-focused team. The role involves performing imaging exams, ensuring ALARA principles, and delivering compassionate care in a dynamic, on-site setting across various shifts.

The position requires ARRT (R) radiography certification, BLS, and at least 1 year of radiology experience. Collaboration with radiologists and adherence to Wellstar policies are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification required upon hire.
• BLS Instructor or BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Operates modality imaging equipment according to department protocols and ALARA principles.
• Evaluates image quality and ensures proper patient identification.
• Provides patient-centered care and supports safety during procedures.
• Assists Radiologist with imaging procedures and protocols.
• Maintains aseptic technique and hand hygiene policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
