Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in media or advertising.
• Experience in radio advertising or programming preferred.
• Ability to meet sales quotas in a commission-based role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in English.
• Ability to work as an independent contractor with no set schedule.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new advertising clients for radio spots and campaigns.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing advertisers through strong relationships.
• Conduct needs assessments and tailor radio and cross-platform solutions.
• Create, present, and sell advertising packages including on-air spots and digital extensions.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate execution of campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and track activities and follow-ups.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals and campaign recaps to clients.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize future campaigns based on results.
