Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in media, advertising, or related fields.
• Experience with radio advertising and programming is preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in commission-based roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new radio advertising clients and campaigns.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of advertisers with strong relationships.
• Create tailored on-air and cross-platform advertising solutions.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability.
• Coordinate with programming, production, and marketing teams.
• Book guests for sponsored segments and campaigns as needed.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and track proposals and follow-ups.
• Deliver compelling presentations and campaign recaps to clients.
• Analyze campaign results and optimize future efforts.
