This is a self-motivated role with earnings tied to performance. You’ll prospect by phone, email, and in-person visits, nurture existing accounts, and represent a station that serves the South Jersey community.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Sales, marketing, networking, or business development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new advertising clients throughout South Jersey.
• Build relationships with local business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Promote radio advertising opportunities on 94.3 WIBG Radio.
• Create customized advertising packages to meet clients’ marketing goals.
• Prospect for new business through phone calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop repeat business.
