Washington University Medical Campus in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator for the Radiation Oncology residency program to assist the program director with management and compliance, and to coordinate educational activities for residents and fellows.

The role covers interview scheduling, file maintenance, records retention for ACGME, and collaboration with departments, attending physicians, administration, and external institutions to ensure smooth operation

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree; combination of education and experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Certifications/Professional Licenses: No specific certification or license required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews residency program applications and coordinates yearly interviews.
• Maintains accurate resident and fellow records and schedules rotations, calls, and conferences.
• Ensures compliance with ACGME requirements and manages program documentation.
• Prepares reports and participates in budget planning related to the residency program.
