## Residency/Fellowship Program Coordinator - Radiation OncologyApply: On Campus/Onsite: Washington University Medical Campus: Full time: Posted Today: JR97745# **Location**SAINT LOUIS, MO 63110# **Scheduled Hours**40# **Position Summary**Assists program director in the management and direction of fellow and/or resident training program ensuring program compliance with regulatory agency standards and maintaining essential documentation for program. Coordinates educational activities for incoming and current residents and/or fellows and functions as a liaison between residents, fellows, departments, attending physicians, administration and outside institutions.# **Job Description****Primary Duties & Responsibilities:*** Reviews applications of residency program applicants, schedules and coordinates yearly interviews for selection of new residents, establishes files of completed applications and related materials, corresponds with individuals and those who are accepted into the program.* Oversees daily residency program operations, maintaining accurate records. Coordinates resident schedules, rotations, vacations, call and conference schedules and documents attendance and absence excuses. Coordinates meetings, conferences, resident activities, and special events.* Reviews ACGME requirements for the program(s) and evaluates program(s) to assess and ensure compliance.* Maintains all records and documentation required by the ACGME and supervises the collection of data fulfilling requirements of ACGME and other licensing and credentialing boards.* Prepares reports and compiles statistics.* Maintains resident files, logs, evaluations, and program documentation.* Participates in preparation of budget as it relates to residency program.* Performs other duties as assigned. **Working Conditions:** Job Location/Working Conditions:* Normal office environment.
