Job summary

Keysight Technologies Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Development leader to drive growth in radar test and evaluation across Aerospace, Defense, and Government sectors.

You will combine radar domain expertise with strong relationships to identify, shape, and win strategic opportunities for advanced test solutions across development, validation, production, and sustainment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in radar systems and business development, with a track record of influencing programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in radar systems, radar testing, electronic warfare, RF systems, or defense sensing technologies.
• 5+ years in business development, capture, program management, or strategic account management within Aerospace & Defense.
• Proven track record identifying, developing, and winning new business opportunities with strong customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of radar architectures, performance metrics, and validation methodologies.
• Experience with defense acquisition organizations, laboratories, or major defense contractors.
• Ability to develop executive-level customer relationships and influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Radar Test & Evaluation market.
• Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities across radar modernization, missile defense, air defense, ISR, EW, and multi-domain sensing programs.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with growth objectives.
• Engage customers early to influence requirements and position solutions.
• Lead account-development strategies for radar OEMs, system integrators, labs, and defense agencies.
