Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a systems engineer to support SPY-6 radar capabilities for the U.S. Navy. The role focuses on requirements, systems integration, and design verification across the lifecycle.

Requires a BS/BA in a STEM field with ABET-accredited program and 4+ years of experience in defense systems. Travel to Moorestown, Wallops Island, Navy Yard, and Quantico may be required. Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in related engineering roles.
• Experience developing system requirements and interfaces with traceability.
• Experience with radar systems or Navy combat systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specs and interfaces.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance with MATLAB and lab tools.
