Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer for its Marlborough, MA facility to support naval radar programs. You will develop test plans, integrate hardware and software, analyze data to resolve issues, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure system functionality. The role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, tests, or integration.
• Experience with radar or RF systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans and verification documentation in simulated and real environments.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis and debugging.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and evaluate functionality.
• Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues.
• Travel up to 10% to support mission execution at multiple locations.
