Job summary

Raytheon seeks a talented Systems Engineer to join the Systems Integration & Test Long Range Radars team in Woburn, MA. You will support X-Band radar tech, performing data analysis, system integration, and milestone-driven testing at the Raytheon facility.

Responsibilities include planning tests, executing verification, and presenting results to stakeholders. Travel up to 10% may be required, and a Secret security clearance is required for day-one eligibility.

Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, Perl, C/C++, Linux/Unix and/or other programming language.
• Experience with systems engineering, radar data analysis, integration, verification, validation and/or system testing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in integration and test planning/execution, executing verification/validation events, and perform scenario-based analysis to identify and resolve technical observations.
• Complete system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.
• Execute integration plans and testing activities according to defined tasks Milestones and schedules.
• Integrate and test radar system software builds in a String/HWIL facility for supporting integration, verification, test, and data analysis activities.
• Collaborate with cross-program leads/stakeholders to generate test approaches, ensure test-setup readiness, and participate in key processes (peer, gate, and test readiness).
• Confirm test and evaluation processes are conducted according to established procedures for software and hardware and ensure compliance with Department of Defense technology release and export licensing policies.
• Willingness for 10% local and non-local travel including experience with domestic and foreign military sales products.
• Experience leading Integration/Testing efforts, presenting results to internal/external stakeholders.
