Job summary

RTX is seeking a talented Radar Systems Engineer I to join our Surface Radars and Radars team in the SETC Discipline, supporting sensor and effector programs. You will develop radar concepts of operations, processing algorithms, software requirements, and perform performance data analysis.

The role is onsite in Tewksbury, MA, with up to 20% travel to RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations to support mission execution.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in or related STEM major by start date.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts of operations for radar systems.
• Responsible for radar processing algorithm development.
• Responsible for radar software requirements development.
• Responsible for statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data.
• Responsible for analysis tool development in support of problem identification and resolution.
• Collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutions.
• Present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers.
