Job summary

RTX is seeking a Radar Systems Engineer I for the Surface Radars and Radars team within the SETC discipline. You will develop radar concepts, analyze performance, and contribute to software requirements across the full lifecycle from concept to deployment.

The onsite role in Tewksbury, MA may require up to 20% travel to RTX facilities and customer sites. A US security clearance (Secret) is preferred, with DoD clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM by start date.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, coursework, or projects.
• Secret clearance or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts of operations for radar systems.
• Develop radar processing algorithms.
• Develop radar software requirements.
• Perform statistical and numerical analysis of radar data.
• Create analysis tools to support problem resolution.
• Collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to implement solutions.
• Present findings to Leadership and/or Customers.
