Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Radar Systems Engineer I to join the Surface Radars and Radars team in the SETC discipline in Tewksbury, MA. This onsite role supports the full lifecycle from concept to deployment, with travel up to 20% to RTX facilities and customer locations.

You will develop radar concepts, algorithms, and software requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure mission-critical performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in STEM must be completed by start date.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop radar concepts for operations and integration.
• Lead radar processing algorithm development and radar software requirements.
• Perform data analysis and support problem resolution across lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to implement solutions.
• Present findings to leadership and customers.
