Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Experience with requirements development, specification management, systems integration, and design verification.
• Develop and maintain system requirements, interface documents, and baselines with traceability.
• Experience with radar systems, sensor tech, or Navy combat systems preferred.
• Use engineering models/simulations to assess performance and support decisions.
• Plan, coordinate or execute system testing and analyze results.
• Familiar with MBSE tools and methodologies for design/integration.
• Collaborate with government engineers and multidisciplinary teams on integration and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface docs.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
