RTX's Radar Mechanical Design Department is offering an on-site Internship starting Summer 2026 in Marlborough, MA. You will assist mechanical engineers in designing radar system hardware, modules, and supporting power and cooling systems.

The program emphasizes CAD tooling, documentation, and GD&T tolerance analysis, with opportunities to collaborate across teams and gain hands-on industry experience in aerospace and defense.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering and enrolled through internship.
• Minimum 60 credit hours by internship start date.
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, Fusion 360) and drawing standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and apply RTX tools to perform design tasks.
• Design and documentation support using engineering tools, Adobe, and MS Office.
• Apply problem-solving skills and experience in Engineering Analysis.
• Collaborate with Radar Design Department to support business objectives.
• Perform Mechanical Tolerance Analysis using GD&T best practices.
