Qualifications

• Experience designing mechanical elements for aerospace or military applications.
• Experience with phase array structures and hardware integration in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical solutions for radar systems across the product life cycle.
• Support program from early development through production readiness.
• Lead mechanical development to meet system performance requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure standards compliance.
• Balance risk, cost, schedule and performance in decisions.
• Communicate with leadership and customers about technical direction.
• Maintain responsibility for cost, schedule, quality and performance of the final product.
• Work with minimal supervision to set technical objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Travel periodically to support hardware build and test.
