Job summary

Raytheon, within the Ground Based Surveillance Finance Team of the SSPS Mission area, seeks a Business Manager to oversee financial execution for the GBRD program. You will lead cost controls, EAC development, and planning across multiple management levels.

You will collaborate with PMO, face tight deadlines, and drive data-driven decisions to support strategy and financial objectives, including risk management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience with data analysis and/or reporting.
• Experience with EVMS or Estimates at Complete (EACs) or Financial Planning and Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of financial analysts with mentorship and training.
• Manage earned value and program performance in line with EVM policy.
• Develop EACs on a quarterly basis.
• Interface with PMO and leadership to ensure financial policy compliance.
• Support monthly close activities including risk and opportunity management.
• Support inputs for Monthly Forecasts, AOP, and LRP objectives.
• Meet deadlines while managing competing priorities.
• Prepare finance charts for reviews and reporting.
• Participate in leadership strategy reviews.
• Assist with program startup activities.
