Job summary

OP RaaS is seeking a dedicated recruiter to join our Chicago-based RaaS team. You will embed with clients as a trusted talent-partner, building scalable recruiting processes, refining employer branding, and delivering top talent to meet client goals.

You’ll collaborate with client partners, leverage our RaaS methodologies, and participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills. A strong track record in recruitment and a passion for tech-driven environments are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical sourcing and/or recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success in a customer-centric environment.
• Ability to quickly pick up and utilize multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• High sense of urgency and self-confidence in a results-oriented environment.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills; able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Leverage OP’s RaaS model to understand the consultative process in Talent Acquisition.
• Identify, source, and reach out to candidates that meet client requirements.
• Provide market data to help clients understand options to be more competitive to candidates.
• Represent clients with honesty and integrity; act as their voice in the candidate marketplace.
• Participate in client events and meetings to understand and promote core values.
• Collaborate with Client Partner and the OP Sourcing Team to improve processes and add value.
