Job summary

Objective Paradigm is seeking a strong Recruiter for its RaaS practice in Chicago to serve as a trusted partner embedded with client teams. You will source, engage, and assess candidates while shaping scalable recruiting processes and employer branding for clients.

You’ll work closely with client partners and our sourcing group to deliver top talent and drive impactful hiring decisions with a consultative mindset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical sourcing and/or recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success in a customer-centric environment.
• Ability to quickly pick up and utilize multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS) as well as other client supported communication and recruitment tools.
• High sense of urgency and self-confidence while working in a results-oriented environment.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Leverage OP’s years of experience in executing the Recruiting as a Service model to gain a firm understanding of the consultative process as it relates to Talent Acquisition.
• Identify, source, and reach out to candidates that meet client requirements by leveraging provided resources.
• Provide market data to help clients understand options for how to be more competitive to candidates.
• Represent clients with honesty and integrity and understand you are their voice in the candidate marketplace.
• Participate in client events and company meetings to further understand and promote core values.
• Actively participate in training sessions and tutorials in conjunction with our team’s various SMEs.
• Collaborate with your Client Partner and the OP Sourcing Team, as well as potentially other RaaS Consultants, to use our expertise to improve processes and become a more valued talent partner
