Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and discreetly submit candidates to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with team members to determine best sourcing methods and resources.
• Source candidates from internal databases and previous searches using Boolean techniques.
• Utilize social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) for candidate sourcing.
• Source candidates from online job boards and other sources.
• Compose email messages to inform qualified candidates of openings.
