Job summary

Field of Talent in Indianapolis is seeking a Recruiting as a Service professional to join a small strike team. The role targets filling 35+ positions from November to March, focusing on skilled-trades like electro-mechanical technicians.

You will own searches, collaborate with sourcers, and report progress to hiring managers. Expect access to sourcing tools, a flexible RaaS model, and direct partnerships with accounts to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting in skilled trades, construction, AEC, industrial, or similar hands-on fields.
• Ability to translate messy reqs into must-haves: licenses, tickets, tools, travel, union vs open shop.
• Proven pipelines built via calls, referrals, associations, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Clear communication with hiring managers and candidates, including comp, timeline, and fit.
• Comfort with metrics: submittals, interviews, offers, starts, and stall reasons.
• High integrity with confidential pay, project, and candidate data.
• Ability to advise on process and employer branding is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Fill priority skilled-trades (electro-mechanical technicians) at volume by collaborating and executing on a recruitment strategy
• Deliver qualified candidates who match the job’s real requirements and create enough top-of-funnel for events
• Build and maintain a living pipeline of talent as we go
• Run every search with clear scope, timeline, and status so hiring managers know next steps
• Raise offer-accept and start rates by qualifying pay, shift, location, credentials, and culture fit
• Conduct active searches using targeted outreach, referrals, military networks, and trade networks
