Job summary

Montage Creek in Montrose, CO is seeking part-time caregivers to assist residents with daily living activities, including night shifts. You will follow care plans, ensure compassionate, respectful care, and maintain safety standards in line with state and Federal guidelines.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid is a plus. Prior caregiver experience is preferred but not required. Equal opportunity employer with on-the-job training and benefits.

Description

Caregivers at Montage Creek assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Our team incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule

• Part-time, from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
• PRN, all shifts
• 8-Hour shifts
• Weekends needed and holiday availability preferred

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Caregiver is preferred, but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification – training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient
