Job summary

Generations is seeking attentive caregivers to assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and compassion in every interaction. You will follow individualized care plans and work with leadership to maintain high standards of care across the community.

Experience is welcomed but not required; CPR/First Aid training is offered on hire. Join a team focused on safety, training, and career growth in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Caregiver experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus; training available on hire.

Job description

Caregivers at Montage Creek assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Our team incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others. Schedule

• PRN, all shifts
• Part-time NOC 10:00pm - 6:00am
• 8-Hour shifts
• Weekends needed and holiday availability preferred

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Caregiver is preferred, but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification – training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient
