Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Manager – Finance Transformation (Record to Report) to design, document, and scale end-to-end R2R processes globally, driving automation and governance across the Finance organization. This hybrid role reports to the Director of Finance Process Optimization & Transformation.

The role emphasizes delivering measurable improvements in close cycles, control integrity, and efficiency, with a focus on AI-driven opportunities and scalable operating models for Finance and IT

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading end-to-end Record to Report transformations.
• Deep end-to-end expertise across global Finance functions with R2R focus.
• Hands-on familiarity with BlackLine or comparable close management platforms.
• Experience driving Lean-based process transformation using structured methodologies.
• Ability to lead data-driven improvements in close cycle times and control integrity.

Responsibilities

• Standardize end-to-end Record to Report processes across geographies, divisions, and subsidiaries.
• Drive end-to-end execution of Finance transformation projects with measurable outcomes.
• Leverage AI/ML and automation to surface improvements in R2R cycles.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to automate and enhance Finance processes.
• Document processes and deliver training to build capability across global Finance teams.
