Job summary

RSM US LLP in Chicago seeks an experienced Director for its Finance Transformation and Automation practice. This role focuses on modernizing the CFO function and leading growth with strategic alliance partners, while directing pursuit and delivery teams.

You will manage engagements across Accounting and Finance Process Advisory, Solution Architecture, Technology Implementation, Process Automation, and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting or performance improvement consulting.
• Strong leadership and executive presence.
• Consulting or professional services background with pre-sales/sales experience.
• AI acumen and experience required.
• Strong financial data skills: analyze, interpret, and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth and go-to-market strategy for the practice.
• Lead and/or participate in all aspects of sales cycles.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders.
• Oversee finance transformation projects including solution architecture and implementation.
• Mentor staff and project teams; train clients in technology solutions.
