Job summary

Accenture seeks a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead high-impact F&A transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients from Chicago. You will shape and win large-scale programs, leveraging AI and ERP ecosystems, and build lasting CFO-level relationships.

The role requires deep F&A domain expertise across PTP/OTC/RTR/FP&A, a strong sales inclination, and a track record of delivering complex transformations with measurable value. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation, consulting, or BPO — with a clear sales or revenue component.
Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.
CPA certification (preferred).
External consulting experience (preferred).
Proven track record closing large Finance consulting or managed services deals.
Demonstrated fluency with AI in Finance and experience deploying agentic AI or intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

Lead F&A sales and practice — own full deal lifecycle from pursuit to execution for global enterprise clients.
Drive CFO-level relationships and generate new opportunities through credibility and insight.
Design AI-first Finance solutions using agentic AI and ERP technologies to reinvent operating models.
