Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Director for Finance Automation to lead the Finance Transformation and Automation practice, modernizing the office of the CFO with advisory, architecture, and AI-enabled solutions. You will guide growth, shape go-to-market strategy, and lead delivery across client engagements.

You will mentor teams and collaborate with alliance partners to drive strategic growth and successful outcomes for mid-market clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting and/or performance improvement consulting.
• Experience in a professional services environment with pre-sales/sales exposure.
• Artificial intelligence acumen and experience in finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth and go-to-market strategy for practice offerings.
• Lead finance transformation projects, including solution architecture and implementation oversight.
• Mentor staff and project teams; manage delivery from strategy to execution.
• Collaborate with alliance partners and clients to drive engagements and outcomes.
