Job summary

Salesforce Indianapolis seeks a senior finance transformation leader to own the Global Controllership R2R and ERP modernization. You will sponsor the accounting ERP, drive data integrity, and partner with IT to automate and improve reporting across the controllership function.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure SOX and US GAAP controls, and communicate strategic finance roadmaps to executives while scaling AI-enabled finance workflows.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial systems, or finance transformation with R2R focus.
• Expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX audit framework.
• Experience designing scalable ERP and data architecture solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee strategic R2R initiatives across revenue and non-revenue functions.
• Own the accounting ERP system, define architecture and data integrity strategy.
• Partner with IT to manage ERP production issues and drive automation.
• Redesign end-to-end R2R cycles to improve efficiency and time-to-insight.
• Guide cross-functional teams through transitions and change management.
• Drive AI-driven enhancements to modernize accounting workflows.
• Align initiatives with Global Process Owners and technology teams.
• Engage stakeholders across Tax, Treasury, Legal, and M&A.
• Provide strategic decision support to finance leadership.
