Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks an experienced Director for its Finance Transformation and Automation practice to drive growth and deliver advisory services across accounting, finance processes, solution architecture, and process automation. You will lead client engagements, mentor consultants, and partner with alliance teams to win and deliver complex transformations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or related field.
10+ years in finance, accounting or performance improvement consulting with experience.
Strong leadership and executive presence.
Consulting/Professional Services with pre-sales/sales experience.
Artificial intelligence acumen and experience.
Strong ability to analyze financial data and extract insights.
Travel 30% or greater.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth and go-to-market strategy for practice offerings.
Lead and/or participate in all aspects of sales cycles.
Serve as a first-choice advisor to key client stakeholders.
Lead finance transformation projects, including solution architecture and implementation oversight.
Train and advise clients in the leading use of technology solutions to address organizational needs.
Train and mentor staff/project teams.
All engagements require process analysis/optimization and project management.
