RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced Director for its Finance Transformation and Automation practice in the United States. The role focuses on growing offerings and leading delivery teams across strategy to execution, with emphasis on automation, AI, and technology-enabled finance processes.

You will guide engagements, mentor staff, and drive governance, risk management, and continuous improvement while partnering with clients and alliance partners to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting or performance improvement consulting.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth and go-to-market strategy for practice offerings.
• Lead and/or participate in all aspects of sales cycles.
• Serve as a first-choice advisor to key client stakeholders.
• Lead finance transformation projects, including solution architecture and implementation oversight.
• Train and advise clients in the leading use of technology solutions to address their needs.
• Train and mentor staff/project teams.
• All engagements require process analysis/optimization and project management.
