Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking a Contract Administrator for our Elyria, OH site to manage Repair & Overhaul orders and serve as the primary customer contact for assigned contracts.

You will review contracts, process orders, coordinate parts, and handle shipping paperwork while ensuring compliance and satisfaction. This role requires Oracle familiarity and strong communication within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Administrative capabilities required.
• General working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Oracle desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to delegate duties.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts/requirements on incoming orders.
• Enter and manage order fulfillment transactions for all assigned customers or products.
• Verify PO requirements with standard terms and customer contracts.
• Write work instructions; enter work orders; contact customers regarding discrepancies.
• Order parts, request quotes, and maintain sales orders in Oracle.
• Change dates in the R&O tracking system; determine export requirements.
• Prepare shipping paperwork (FAA 8130-3) and related documentation.
• Support forecasting of parts to meet contractual TATs and customer satisfaction.
• Interface with internal teams to improve metrics (OTD, TAT).
• Assist in continuous improvement activities within R&O and aftermarket.
