Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics Elyria is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage repair contracts and orders and serve as the primary customer contact for all Repair & Overhaul work in process.

You will review contracts, manage orders, verify PO terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Strong Oracle and MS Office skills are required, plus experience with export requirements and invoicing.

Qualifications

• General working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and familiarity with Oracle; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to interpret customer purchase orders, contracts or other contractual correspondence; prioritize and decide under pressure.
• Need to coordinate across functional interfaces and delegate duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts/requirements on incoming orders.
• Enter and manage order fulfillment transactions for assigned customers or products.
• Verify PO requirements are consistent with terms; write work instructions and enter work orders in the system.
• Order parts, request quotes and maintain sales orders in Oracle; adjust dates in R&O system and determine export requirements.
• Prepare shipping paperwork and support forecasting of parts for contractual TATs and customer satisfaction.
• Interface with internal teams to meet performance metrics and improve processes.
• Establish and maintain good customer relationships and act as the customer advocate.
• Coordinate with customer and internal teams to resolve invoice collection issues.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.
• Non-Essential: back-up to R&O Manager in absence.
