Job summary

SPX Technologies seeks a Test Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day planning, scheduling, and execution of R&D testing activities. You will supervise Engineering Technicians, own the Master Test Schedule, and coordinate staffing, resources, and facilities across multiple projects.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and collaboration with Project Engineers and management to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely test execution.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in testing operations, engineering laboratories, manufacturing/industrial operations, product development, or a similar technical environment.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Strong planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of R&D testing activities to align priorities for safe, efficient test execution.
• Own the Master Test Schedule and coordinate staffing, resources, and facility capacity across projects.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement while partnering with HR and leadership.
