SPX Technologies is seeking a Test Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of R&D testing activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with customer priorities. The role supervises Engineering Technicians and manages the Master Test Schedule across multiple projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years in testing operations or technical environment.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
