Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies is seeking a Test Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day planning, scheduling, and execution of R&D testing activities. You will supervise Engineering Technicians, own the Master Test Schedule, and coordinate staffing, resources, and facility readiness across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes safety, schedule performance, and continuous improvement. Work closely with Project Engineers and leaders to resolve conflicts, maintain readiness, and communicate impacts.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in testing operations, labs, or similar technical environments.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and capacity planning skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling/ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate the Master Test Schedule across projects.
• Lead Engineering Technicians and coordinate staffing, resources, and testing priorities.
• Coordinate testing schedules with maintenance, calibration, and capital projects.
• Establish standard work, safety practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
