Job summary

Ceribell is seeking a highly motivated R&D Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Office of the CTO. You will drive execution of priority R&D initiatives, partner with the CTO, and ensure cross-functional collaboration across Product Development, Engineering, Data Science, Regulatory, Quality and GTM teams.

This role suits someone with a technical background, eager to expand into operations leadership in a fast-growing MedTech company, with travel up to 10% and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• PhD required in a technical field related to engineering or neuroscience.
• Experience with medical devices is highly preferred.
• Experience with strategic consulting or business strategy and operations is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analyses to support technology and operational decision-making for road mapping, capacity planning, and process improvement.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for the CTO and leadership team.
• Drive execution of priority R&D and technology initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Own trackers, dashboards, and status updates to keep projects on schedule.
• Lead or support ad hoc projects and benchmarking to inform decision-making.
