Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting focused on transformation and implementation.
• 1+ years of experience leading teams (managerial or engagement lead).
• 2+ years of commercial and/or product initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience in medical device, pharma, healthcare, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Own 2–3 priority programs with high revenue impact for the next 2–3 years.
• Develop and lead SAM strategy across population segments and set KPIs.
• Translate strategy into actionable operating models and cadence.
• Lead cross functional collaboration across sales, product, GTM, and clinical teams.
• Leverage AI to improve analytics, productivity, and automated processes.
