Job summary

Ceribell is seeking a visionary Director for our Product team to own product strategy across software, hardware and UI, turning unmet needs into validated opportunities and roadmaps. You will partner with Design, R&D, Engineering and Data Science to drive launches and major cross‑functional initiatives.

This hybrid role involves travel (1–2 weeks per month) to engage with customers, industry events and headquarters, while leading strategic product decisions and go‑to‑market plans alongside

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• 8–10+ years in product management, product strategy, or management consulting in healthcare/medical tech.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership with executive communication experience.
• Familiarity with FDA regulatory pathways (e.g. 510(k)) and clinical evidence requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop market assessments and opportunities with validated business cases.
• Define product roadmap and coordinate with Product Design, R&D, Engineering and Data Science.
• Drive organizational alignment to execute the roadmap and launch new products.
• Collaborate on clinical study design and evidence strategy with Clinical Affairs.
