With a STEM advanced degree and 8+ years in business, including consulting, you will shape market strategies, collaborate with product and finance, and lead high-impact projects while upholding Ceribell's values and mission.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree strongly preferred in STEM fields.
- 8+ years business experience with 3+ years in consulting or similar.
- Familiarity with business development or licensing in medtech/pharma a plus.
- Proven senior management experience in medical devices/healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects with the CEO, develop work plans, conduct market analysis, and prepare Board-ready recommendations.
- Support company-level strategic decisions with data-driven market access, pricing, and portfolio insights.
- Coordinate cross-functional, high-priority projects to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support CEO operations, QBRs, budgeting, and leadership hiring; act as group liaison.
