Job summary
Ceribell, Inc. is seeking a visionary Director for its Product team in a hybrid, travel-ready role. You will own product strategy across software, hardware, and UI, turning unmet needs into validated opportunities, and shaping the roadmap with R&D, Engineering, Data Science, and Design.
You will partner with executive leadership to maximize market impact and drive product development. The role requires strong leadership, strategic foresight, and analytical acumen, with 8-10+ years in product
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in product management or strategy, preferably in healthcare or medical tech.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market assessments to understand TAM, needs, and competitive landscape.
- Identify and validate new product opportunities with business cases, pricing, and margins.
- Define roadmaps, timelines, and milestones for development and launch.
- Collaborate with Product Design, R&D, Engineering, and Data Science to execute plans.
- Partner with Clinical Affairs on study design and evidence generation.
