Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Graduate Intern for the R&D Execution, Operations & Strategy (R&D EOS) team in the United States. The 12-week program blends project work with experiential learning, offering exposure across Strategy, Portfolio & Program Management, R&D Business Operations, and Knowledge & Learning.

You will collaborate with multiple functions and gain hands-on experience in transforming ideas into execution.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a full-time schedule.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university with remaining eligibility after the internship.
• Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Support a project within one functional area of R&D EOS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve R&D competitiveness through speed and excellence.
• Apply analytical and interpersonal skills to conduct research and develop recommendations.
• Present deliverables in intern-wide poster sessions and final management readouts.
• Engage in learning activities and networking across Amgen.
