Amgen is seeking a Graduate Intern for the R&D Execution, Operations & Strategy (R&D EOS) team for Summer 2027. The 12-week internship involves project-based work and experiential learning as part of the R&D EOS organization, focusing on strategy, portfolio management, operations, and knowledge learning.

Interns will work across multiple functional areas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present deliverables to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years or older.
• Graduated with a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Currently enrolled in an MBA/ Master’s/ PharmD/ Ph.D. program and completing the first year before internship.

• Support a project within one of the four functional areas in R&D EOS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive speed, agility, and excellence in execution.
• Develop recommendations through qualitative and quantitative analysis and present results.
• Create and test SMPA procedures and provide clear agent instructions.
