Amgen invites highly motivated graduate students for a 12-week summer internship in R&D Execution, Operations & Strategy (R&D EOS). You will work as an integral member of the team, contributing to strategy, program management, and data-driven improvements using digital tools.

The role emphasizes collaboration across multiple functions, mentorship, and hands-on projects with exposure to supplier management, markets, and innovation initiatives.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and available for full-time schedule.
• Location in the United States for the duration of the internship.
• Pursuit of MBA, Master’s, PharmD or PhD internships with progress through program.

Responsabilidades

• Support a project within one functional area in R&D EOS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve speed, agility and execution.
• Analyze problems, conduct research, and develop recommendations with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Present deliverables to an intern-wide poster session and to executive management.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify questions about procedures and sources of information.
