Job summary

Amgen is offering a Grad Intern – R&D Execution, Operations & Strategy (R&D EOS) for Summer 2027. The role focuses on driving innovation beyond the molecule, applying digital strategies, and simplifying processes across four functional areas: Strategy, Portfolio & Program Management, R&D Business Operations, and R&D Knowledge & Learning.

You will work with diverse teams, engage stakeholders, and contribute to projects that enhance efficiency, budgeting, and supplier

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be enrolled in an MBA program for an MBA internship OR a Master’s program for a Master’s internship OR a PharmD program for a PharmD internship OR a Ph.D. program for a PhD internship and must complete the first year before start.
• Must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Support a project within one of the functional areas of R&D EOS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve R&D’s speed and execution.
• Analyze information, develop recommendations, and present findings.
• Participate in intern-wide poster sessions and final readouts to executives.
• Engage in learning activities and networking with colleagues across Amgen.
