Job summary

Amgen invites graduate interns to join the R&D Execution, Operations & Strategy (R&D EOS) team for a 12-week Summer 2027 program in the United States. Interns will engage across Strategy, Portfolio & Program Management, R&D Business Operations, and Learning to drive innovative processes and digitization in support of medicines development.

The program emphasizes collaboration with Research & Development, Chief Medical Office, and other functions.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Currently enrolled in an MBA, Master’s, PharmD or PhD internship program and complete first year before internship starts
• Must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship

Responsibilities

• Support a project within one of the functional areas (Strategy, PM, Operations, Knowledge & Learning)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve R&D EOS competitiveness
• Use analytics, leadership, and communication to develop recommendations
• Present deliverables at intern-wide poster session and final executive readout
