Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a mechanical engineer, strong CREO CAD skills, and experience in FEA/CFD, bearing calculations, and data analysis, with a collaborative, matrix-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a mechanical engineer or similar role.
• Strong CAD capability with CREO and CAD templates.
• Experience in design calculations, FEA/CFD, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects within the Lufkin Gears range on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain CAD templates and automations with FR/UK teams.
• Support calculations (FEA, CFD, bearings) and data analysis.
• Propose tools and methods to improve designs and efficiency.
• Participate in design reviews and engineering/site improvement actions.
